These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clash Of Stars (the "Game"), a free browser-based strategy game operated by BlitzBrawl ("we", "us"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Clash Of Stars is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. It is offered "as is" and "as available". We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without notice.
You must be old enough to use the Game under the laws of your country (and at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
When using the Game, you agree NOT to:
We may suspend, reset, or remove accounts, ratings, or display names that violate these Terms, and may restrict access to multiplayer for abuse.
Multiplayer matches are real-time and rated. Ratings, leaderboards, and match results are determined by our servers and are final. We may adjust or reset ratings affected by cheating or technical faults.
The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, and the "Clash Of Stars" name and logo, is owned by BlitzBrawl or its licensors, except where otherwise noted. Clash Of Stars is an original work whose gameplay is inspired by the classic game Galcon by Phil Hassey. You may play the Game for personal use; you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without permission.
Versions of the Game distributed on third-party portals (for example, Poki) may display advertising provided by that portal. Such advertising is governed by the portal's own terms and privacy policy.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Game, multiplayer matchmaking, or your saved data will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlitzBrawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
You may stop using the Game at any time and may erase your account and associated data from within the Game (Options → account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Display names must not contain profanity, slurs, harassment, impersonation of real people or other players, or otherwise offensive content. We filter names automatically; names that pass the filter but are later reported may still be reset.
If another player's name or conduct violates these Terms, you can report them in-app from the leaderboard, postgame screen, lobby, or friends list (tap their name → Report). You can also block a player from the same menu — blocking hides that player from your leaderboard, search results, and friend views.
We aim to review reports and take action (name reset or account restriction) within 24–48 hours. Accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these Terms may be permanently restricted from multiplayer.
Peer-to-peer multiplayer and IP addresses: In a direct WebRTC connection your IP address may be visible to your opponent. When the relay fallback (TURN) is used, your IP is visible to the relay provider but not to your opponent. Inside Discord, traffic is always relayed and your IP is not shared peer-to-peer.
